- Any suspected data breach or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to the IT or Security team.
2. Acceptable Use of Technology
- Company systems, devices, emails, and software are to be used primarily for official work.
- Employees must refrain from installing unauthorized applications or accessing unapproved websites.
- Personal devices should not be used to store or process company data unless formally approved.
- All devices must be password-protected and follow company-prescribed security practices.
3. Communication and Public Disclosure
- All external communication on behalf of the company must be approved through designated channels.
- Employees must avoid sharing confidential or internal matters on social media or public forums.
- Personal communication should not misrepresent the company or its policies.
- Public presentations or speaking engagements related to company work require prior approval.
4. Ethics and Compliance
- Employees are expected to act with honesty, fairness, and accountability in all business dealings.
- Bribery, corruption, discrimination, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
- All intellectual property, vendor agreements, and client contracts must be respected and legally adhered to.
- Conflicts of interest must be disclosed to HR or management as soon as identified.
5. Policy Awareness and Updates
- All employees are required to read, understand, and acknowledge the company’s key policies.
- Policies include (but are not limited to): Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, IT Usage Policy, Workplace Safety, and Grievance Redressal.
- Updated policies will be communicated formally, and training sessions may be conducted as required.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to stay informed and compliant with all applicable policies.
